MOROCCAN COOKING CLASSES SERIES!

After a rather successful first class on Nov. 4th, Morocco's is delighted to announce a continuation of the first experience, with classes to be held every 1st Tuesday of the month at Morocco's! As you may know by now, that's a 7 course preparation with 7 wine pairings, and lots of fun!!! Keep checking the site for an update on the details of the upcoming class scheduled for Tuesday, December 2nd 2008.

I didn't know what to expect when I signed up for the class. When I arrived the excitement grew even larger when I saw all the dishes, spices and oils on our table. As always the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. Jay was a magnificent teacher. He went into such detail about the dishes, teaching me things I would have never thought to ask about. I really enjoyed how hands on the class was. Not only did we get to prepare the food, but were able to watch the detailed cooking styles within the kitchen. Not to mention being able to eat and take home your dishes. It felt so private and intimate going to the restaurant and getting to cook there. As I learned and took notes I began to feel more comfortable with the thought of cooking these awesome dishes in my own home. I really feel accomplished after going to this class. I learned so much and can't wait to go to the next class.
